It was my first order from Bunnycart and I can say that it was totally up to the mark. Their service is quite reliable. I had ordered a few aquarium plants and the product was delivered in time with good packing which avoided any damage.

The best part is the delivery and package. It was fast and the plants arrived in good condition, but that one of the two leaves of the dwarf lily was cut while packing. While I look forward to ordering more in the future, i also have a few suggestions to bunnycart based on my experience with it. 1. Please take care to get the plants that are snail free. The plants brought with it snail eggs and its been less than a week since introducing the plants and I am spending most of my time picking out tiny snails that are having a feast on my plants. 2. The dwarf lily I ordered came poorly packed for a lily. It would have been better to pack it with a little water In a plastic cover at the least for that is one easily hurt plant. Also check the plant quality. I ordered it expecting a tiny tuber at the least and it turned out that the plant was Propagated from the root. I understand these things have more to do with the original sellers that cultivate them. Still i hope bunnycart will look into it. The fish feed was good, and the plants were in good condition. I also bought Aquarium sand and white sugar sand and really satisfied with the purchase.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
