Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Overall a really good experience. ONLY 1 CAUTION: CHECK WITH YOUR RAILWAY JUNCTION STAFF ABOUT UNLOADING THE PARCEL! Kabir V S [email protected]

Hi thanks for quick service. Ordered about 52 fishes and most of them seem OK when I received it. But found two of mixed guppies were dead and floating moment I transferred to aquarium. I removed them immediately.

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. Except for Rotala Blood Red out of the 9 species of plants I ordered ,reached me in a perfect healthy condition. I would n't Blame Bunnycart for Rotala ,it's just delay in shipping by FedEx. I love the plants,though the quantity seems a lill' less..They have Lush Green foliage and loads of roots. I'm really happy ordering from Bunnycart and YES I ll be coming back for more..A big
