Where all do you ship the items to ?

What is the minimum order amount for Aquarium fish ?

The order amount should be of minimum INR 600. It can be a combination of Fishes, Plants, Accessories and Fish Food.

How do you ship the parcel ?

For the cart consisting of Aquarium fish - We ship the parcel through train. (That is; Aquarium fish, Aquarium Plants, Accessories and Fish food) For the cart consisting of Aquarium Plants, Accessories and Fish food(without Aquarium fish) we deliver the parcel to your home by courier service.

Do you have home delivery ?

For Aquarium Plants, Accessories & Fish food we have Home Delivery facility across India. For Aquarium Fish, Currently we have home delivery only in Bangalore, Pune & Delhi. For other locations, we will be able to deliver only to the nearest railway station mentioned in our site. The current supported locations are mentioned in

Can I get consultation in setting up my tank on which fishes can I put together etc. ?

We offer free telephonic consultation. You can call our customer care number for free consultation.

Will I get refund if fish dies during transportation ?

Normally the chance of death on arrival are 5% only. Before sending, the fishes are kept isolated, treated  and starved to stay longer periods in transportation. You can claim for 100 percent of the cost of dead fish if death happens on arrival. Refer Refund Policy for more details

Can I get any references/customers reviews before placing order ?

When will I get the item after placing the order ?

Once your payment reaches us on or before of Wednesday of a week. We will initiate the shipping after the next 3 days. Probably your item will be shipped on every Saturdays. Payments reaching us after Wednesday would be considered only for the next week's shipping cycle. For exact reaching dates please check with our customer care. Shipping Policy for Aquatic Plants, Accessories & Fish Food. All India Shipping(Home Delivery) available only for Aquarium Plants, Accessories & Fish Food. FREE Shipping available for orders on or above INR 499. All India Shipping(Home Delivery) is not available for Aquarium fish. For Aquarium fish, Home Delivery is available only in Bangalore & Delhi & Pune. Rest of the supported locations will have Nearest Railway Station delivery points as mentioned in Shipping Policy for Aquarium Fish. Shipping Schedule for Aquatic Plants, Accessories & Fish Food In order for reducing the damages in transit, We ship only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, Thursday All orders placed after Wednesday till Sunday, will be shipped on priority on First-come, First-served (FCFS), starting from next Monday onwards.

My location is not mentioned in your shipping policy. When will you start shipping to my location ?

What if I need to cancel my order after making the payment ?

You can cancel the order on or before Friday of every week.

When will my refund request be processed ?

Your refund request will be processed within the next 3 working days of your request.

Can I purchase coming directly to your fish farm ?

We are don't have any onsite sales. All items are shipped to your respective locations.

Can get any fish which is not mentioned in your website.?

Currently, we have stock of the fishes that are mentioned in the website. Do check periodically to find new /updated stocks.
