I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
