I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

All the plants are healthy and packaging was unbelievable . All plants were properly packaged and delivered. This was my first experience buying Aquarium plants online. Usually Aquarium plants bought from local shops can result in excessive Snails in your tank. But the plants delivered by Bunnycart were neat, clean and well treated.
