Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Looking forward to ordering a few more plants in the future and I know whom to trust - Bunnycart.com (instead of wasting my money on a fake site called makemyhobby.com) THANK YOU! P.s. All the plants where in good condition and the packing was very well This was my first time in aquatic plants, now I can recommend Bunnycart to my friends and other hobbiest. Will look forward in getting more varieties from here. 5 star for packing and health of plants..
