I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Ordered 7 plants All plants are received in good condition Delivery is quick and fast 1. Anubius in coconut cell is too small plant 2. Hygrophila corimbosa is too large for 1 feet tank 3. Water trumpet and Sagittaria subulatas few leaves getting dull and yellow and 2 days after receiving Dont know it will be waste or regrow Giving 4 star but overall is very good site to order
