I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

My order number 000062101 dated 02.03.2022 and was delivered on 11.03.2022...excellent package. the courier reached my door step. I ordered 11 fishes out of which one died..i can understand its not an issue for me.. ..to my surprise there was 10 guppy fries enroute....thank you Bunnycart. I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.
