This is my first purchase from the site. I am overall satisfied with the purchase. Packaging was good. I ordered 13 shrimps. The orange Sakura and the Ghost are of great quality. However i am not very satisfied with the red cherry shrimps, the colors are not good. But given the price, i am ok to compromise. All the shrimps were alive, it took 6 days for completion of my order, the prices are also competetive. I would recommend others buying from here. P.S please improve the quality of Red Cherry Shrimps.

Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

Hi, This was my second order with Bunnycart. I'm very happy to have received the order in time and in excellent condition. Thanks a lot for sending me female Guppy's. I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. I have ordered 3 times and overall experience is good . Just need to work upon status followups and time bounding by Courier. Rest all was good . Keep it up . 100 marks for internal packaging but the courier destroys main Carton brown box always .
