1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

I had ordered number for shrimps and golden Tera fish. They were delivered to.me.in good condition and I followed the process of putting them in the tank . Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Recently i ordered 20 plants from bunnycart they all reached to me in good condition... The shipment took 5 days to reach but they all look fresh and healthy... Only disappointment was the quantity ..... I ordered dawrf baby tears when i received it was just a pinch of plant.. which u cant handle by hand.... U need to use twezzer to handle them.. other then that 5 star for everything else... Increase the quantity only suggestion
