On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy

I am from Pune and this was my first time ordering pets from online. It's a positive feedback for bunnycart and team who helped me.track my order. I had ordered number for shrimps and golden Tera fish. They were delivered to.me.in good condition and I followed the process of putting them in the tank . Order a couple of times. The packing was nice and durable and everything was delivered in good time and in good shape. Was a little disappointed with the Micranthemoides. Most were so small that you could hardly plant them. Few others had decayed. Some were ok but still small to be planted in my scaped aquarium. Would have been better if it had some roots and was a little big enough to be planted.

I have given 5 rating to Bunnycart service... I had Ordered bulk Anubias plants, it costed Rs 1050 for 10 pieces... Plants were little small, however the quality of plans are good and came in a good packing... I had not heard of Bunnycart earlier but after this purchase I'm confident & will buy more products... It's good deal with reasonable price...
