Riccia fluitans shown in pics on site are at least an inch size Where as when ordered got it tied on a coin sized stone Not happy with it

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets. I never knew there was a live fish delivered home. Best in class service. Plants and fishes are nicely packed. All healthy. Waiting for my second aquarium to be ready for the next order

I got plants in 3 days in excellent condition but size of plant is very small it's around 3inches
