I ordered several plants and aquarium substrate for my 50 gallon tank. Got very good support on phone. Definitely recommend the seller. Few suggestions... Most of the plants are out of stock.. pls maintain your stock. Please improve on packing of live plants. Rest is Ok. Thanks

You committed Live Arrival guaranteed, and its very true, I got all fish very safe n healthy. Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I was browsing over the internet for some aquarium plants and i went to this website..The appearance of website looks fraudulent but even thought of giving a change so booked some aquatic plants..Just waiting for the order to be processed soon. if everything goes well i am gonna book in large quantities... I am rating the website 1 star as i have no other option to be kept blank..

I ordered for different types of shrimps except one black sakura all others are healthy. Altogether i got only 13 shrimps. I ordered 14 shrimps. One brown sakura was missing. But no problem, i am happy. My orange sakura started to breed. Now my tank is full of orange sakuras. I am really satisfied. Will buy more from u.
