1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)
