This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. First order with Bunnycart. Good experience. All fishes arrived alive and healthy. Plants too. There were some defects with the plants and order processing takes a little more time than expected. All the plants are healthy and packaging was unbelievable . All plants were properly packaged and delivered. This was my first experience buying Aquarium plants online. Usually Aquarium plants bought from local shops can result in excessive Snails in your tank. But the plants delivered by Bunnycart were neat, clean and well treated. I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up .
