Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.

i ordered 20 fishes in total .. but i am short of one tetra .. my order no was 12521 .. i think there is a mistake in the delivery... everything else was fabulous.. the fishes are active and colorful.. yet few are a little tiny (not really a problem though)...

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
