This is my first time to purchase for aquarium plants from online store, and i am shocked from plant's quality received from Bunnycart. I received total 50 stems of plants and it's like very fresh and in very good condition. Not a single plant got damaged or died. Bunnycart is providing very good quality plants at very low price. I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.
