I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I ordered for different types of shrimps except one black sakura all others are healthy. Altogether i got only 13 shrimps. I ordered 14 shrimps. One brown sakura was missing. But no problem, i am happy. My orange sakura started to breed. Now my tank is full of orange sakuras. I am really satisfied. Will buy more from u.

It was my first order from Bunnycart and I can say that it was totally up to the mark. Their service is quite reliable. I had ordered a few aquarium plants and the product was delivered in time with good packing which avoided any damage.
