Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Overall a really good experience. ONLY 1 CAUTION: CHECK WITH YOUR RAILWAY JUNCTION STAFF ABOUT UNLOADING THE PARCEL! Kabir V S [email protected]

Initially I was a bit hesitant in placing order online for aquarium fishes but Bunnycart team has squashed them all!! Very professional & prompt service. Great packaging & wide variety of aquatic options to choose from... I would recommend this website to all aquarium owners. Go for it!! :)

I ordered several plants and aquarium substrate for my 50 gallon tank. Got very good support on phone. Definitely recommend the seller. Few suggestions... Most of the plants are out of stock.. pls maintain your stock. Please improve on packing of live plants. Rest is Ok. Thanks
