Initially I was a bit apprehensive about the genuinity of this website as there are couple of Fraudulent websites which market this stuff. But the way Bunnycart team has handled the order is worth praising. They are genuine and truthful people one can trust. The quality of fish they sent me is unmatched in contrast with the kind of fish being sold in Delhi. The colours of Neon Tetra, Glowlight Tetra, Endlers Guppy and Yellow Guppy are so vibrant that too at a very competitive price. I am waiting for some more fish to get available n their stock so that I may re-order soon. We must appreciate and promote their business in order to encourage them increase their product range.

It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31

I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I had placed an order for five different plants, which were delivered in perfect condition within 2 days, from nearly 2000 kms away from Delhi! A praiseworthy precision and agility in servicing the order. I shall try to purchase all my aquarium requirement from these guys!
