Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

I see still some of the guppy varieties(grass,lace,HB,etc) are not available here . I would prefer to buy more number of varieties . Also the available varieties are not completely in stock everytime. If you take this into consideration , that would be great!

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief.
