I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I ordered cabomba and two other species of aquarium plants from kolkata. Though it takes 4 days but the packing was good along with the plants. i will thanks to bunnycart for making my aquarium green and a playful jungle for my tetras

Think it’s my second order from bunnycart The delivery was quick ,packing was good and the plants arrived in good shape with tracking provided. Only thing was the vals were cut and some of them broken due to the tight packing .Concerned abt the floating plants as some of the leaves are black …but compared to other online store ….satisfied…Thanks guys
