It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31

Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. Will surely come back for more.

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Hi Team, I have received the parcel in good condition on Sunday morning(10-aug) at the destined location(kalasipalyam, Bangalore) . None of the fish died during this transportation. I am thankful to the manager for helping me throughout this process. He educated me well on the fishes and would like to personally thank him for this excellent service.
