It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

plants are really good that also at reasonable price. usually higher the price , lower the interest of people. but so low price at bunnycart is unbeatable. i will advice bunnycart to be hub of everything under one roof .please add drift wood,soils,lights,medicines,etc
