I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.

1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Looking forward to ordering a few more plants in the future and I know whom to trust - Bunnycart.com (instead of wasting my money on a fake site called makemyhobby.com) THANK YOU! P.s. I'v e recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, only thing that bothered me was the size of 2-3 plants. Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!

I had ordered pistia plants . They were so tiny they didn't survive. The other plants are good. Can I get another set.
