I ordered a batch of 30 neon tetras from Delhi. To my great pleasure all the fishes, except for two unfortunate ones, were alive and active when they arrived. The neons had no disease, fungus/itch etc. on them which is unlike in many fish store where neons are kept in terrible conditions and are infected (you can see small white or shiny spots on body and fins in such infected cases) and die in short time after bought. Mine from Bunnycart are all alive, no signs of any infection, eating healthily, have increased in size amazingly quickly, displaying bright colours and actively schooling in my heavily planted 60 gallon tank. Keep up the good work; will be ordering some cardinals and mountain minnows soon so hope you get their stock! Also please start a collection on different Rainbow fishes! Highly recommend this site.

I m a beginner to this aquarium hobby. So i purchased only few plants from bunny cart. But i got surprised when the product got delivered. It was very fast delivery and all the plants were well packet and it was all fresh when i received. And i liked all the plants what i got, within 2 days it started shooting new leaves. I m very happy and recommend the site for aquarium plants. Yet didn't place any order for fishes so don't know about that. Thanks

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
