Hi Bunnycart Team/ Reviewers of this Site : I’ve ordered about 50 Fish and 5 Varieties of Plants from Bunnycart and it was delivered on time as promised. All the fish and plants were in extremely good condition and not a single fish died even though it was shipped to Bangalore. I’m extremely glad that I came across this site which supplies fish in any numbers to both retailers and as well as wholesalers at a very very reasonable price unlike other providers who expect retailers to order a minimum of 25-50 pieces of the same fish. The Variety Bunnycart provides is also good and at the same time you can order any mix you want. As soon as you order you get an email with the list of items you’ve ordered and gives you the account into which you will have to deposit the amount, once this is done, their team sends out a confirmation of shipping promptly along with the address and all the details. Throughout my investigation phase about Bunnycart, I was involved with Mr.Rajan who is the Manager of the farm. I must say a Very Very Big Thank you to this Extremely Kind Hearted & Patient Gentleman! He was so patient and in detail explained everything about how things work, how to take care of the plants and fish, how to order, how to look after the parcel and handle it from there on. He encouraged me to call him at any point of time if I had any doubts or concerns. I think he is doing an Excellent Job at Bunnycart, there should be more people like him who would encourage hobbyist’s as well as buyers. Even though I was just a small hobbyist ordering for a minimum sum, he treated me like I was a very big customer and spoke so well. I don’t think many ppl would do this, I’ve ordered fish from Chennai and other local places in Bangalore but no one hardly calls back and checks if everything is fine or if there are any concerns, but Mr Rajan followed up immediately and checked with me if I was happy and offered his time and help anytime. Even during the time I ordered he was very concerned cause I did it in the last minute and he was worried that he might not be able to ship good items to me and he offered me to do it next weekend which I was fine with, but somehow he did manage to ship very good items and in healthy conditions. This is how Genuine sellers should be, whereas others just want to sell as much as possible without looking at customer satisfaction. Really appreciate Mr Rajan’s help and support, I’m sure Bunnycart has found a Great Manager! So,again, A Very Big Thank you to Mr.Rajan and Bunnycart for keeping customers and people like me very happy and encouraging Aquaculture. This site is definitely one of “ The Best “ to buy fish from! Hi, This was my second order with Bunnycart. I'm very happy to have received the order in time and in excellent condition. Thanks a lot for sending me female Guppy's. I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. I had ordered a coconut shell, a few plant stems and potted plants for my new aquarium. Received the consignment under a week at Kolkata. The packing was superb to say the least. My first order was with some trepidation as all the CartKart websites that "got inspired by"/copied the name from FlipKart seem to be and have been frauds/disappointments. Not so BunnyCart! This is, by now, my most favoured source for aquarium plants! They have a pretty decent collection (okay-ish, actually), * very competitive pricing, * plants come in great condition (some don't survive but that is life!), * the customer care responds unexpectedly fast and * the delivery timing is pretty reasonable. My experience with their preferred DelhiVery is good but sometimes, like life, they mess up and the plants suffer. (Order 54626) Many have given bad review to the whole business on that coin sized Riccia! Come on people, be sensible. Review the product page not the whole site, here, for crying out loud! BunnyCart, increase your plants' inventory and you will be the market leader, I promise! Love, Ra.
