I used to order plants (mainly Amazon Swords) frequently from bunnycart. The packaging was great. But I have concern about the condition /health of the plants, the plants seems to be not upto the mark with holes or damaged leaves. Please try to send the plants which are in good condition

I ordered a batch of 30 neon tetras from Delhi. To my great pleasure all the fishes, except for two unfortunate ones, were alive and active when they arrived. The neons had no disease, fungus/itch etc. on them which is unlike in many fish store where neons are kept in terrible conditions and are infected (you can see small white or shiny spots on body and fins in such infected cases) and die in short time after bought. Mine from Bunnycart are all alive, no signs of any infection, eating healthily, have increased in size amazingly quickly, displaying bright colours and actively schooling in my heavily planted 60 gallon tank. Keep up the good work; will be ordering some cardinals and mountain minnows soon so hope you get their stock! Also please start a collection on different Rainbow fishes! Highly recommend this site.

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. i got 15 different varieties of guppies unfortunately one of white guppies was handicapped by berth, it cant swim & its body was "U" in shape. they send me this one along with 14 other fishes. that " U" shaped died after 3 days from delivered. it cant swim properly because of U shape . other fishes are fine ..
