First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

I had ordered pistia plants . They were so tiny they didn't survive. The other plants are good. Can I get another set.

I've recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, . Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. 1. A very detailed catalogue for plants and their description written in very excellent details. 2. Plants that i ordered are in Very Good conditions. 3. Excellent customer service even faster than some MNCs. I appreciate the effort Bunnycart is making in this field.

Need improvement of your website. The cart what I saved today shown vacant after some days. Another thing is that it needs more fish variety to be added. Rest are well maintained.
