I recently discovered this website. Initially i was surprised to see such a service in India. I was skeptical to order but gave it a try. This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. It was an awesome experience. My local vendors do not have so may variety of fishes, plants etc. I ordered around 50 fishes from Delhi. I received them in very good condition. Overall it was hassle-free and still only two fishes have died rest all are fine which proves that excellent quality o f the fishes are supplied. Hats off to Team Bunnycart.
