They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)

My first order was with some trepidation as all the CartKart websites that "got inspired by"/copied the name from FlipKart seem to be and have been frauds/disappointments. Not so BunnyCart! This is, by now, my most favoured source for aquarium plants! They have a pretty decent collection (okay-ish, actually), * very competitive pricing, * plants come in great condition (some don't survive but that is life!), * the customer care responds unexpectedly fast and * the delivery timing is pretty reasonable. My experience with their preferred DelhiVery is good but sometimes, like life, they mess up and the plants suffer. (Order 54626) Many have given bad review to the whole business on that coin sized Riccia! Come on people, be sensible. Review the product page not the whole site, here, for crying out loud! BunnyCart, increase your plants' inventory and you will be the market leader, I promise! Love, Ra.

Plants are in good quality, but the size of the pot & plant were small. I'm not 100% satisfied with size of plant. Overall it is a decent purchase and i would recommend. It would be wonderful if BC could increase the varieties of fishes, tanks,aquarium accessories, invertebrates etc...

I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant.
