Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.

I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots]. I am really really thankful to Bunnycart for all the BEST QUALITY items supplied, having TRUE VALUE for the money spent and HIGHEST ORDER of SATISFACTION for my ownself. Special thanks to Mr. Praan for all the efforts he had put in to ensure that delivery is not getting delayed further by Bluedart Courier at my end. I would say Bunnycart is a genuine gem for Aquarium hobbyists, I am amazed by there professional service they deliver. Great stock, reasonable rates, quick delivery and very professional attitude. In case of delay, they asked me If I wanted to have refund confirmation and once I confirmed they returned all my money in minutes, no questions asked.

Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. Will surely come back for more.
