I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. i got 15 different varieties of guppies unfortunately one of white guppies was handicapped by berth, it cant swim & its body was "U" in shape. they send me this one along with 14 other fishes. that " U" shaped died after 3 days from delivered. it cant swim properly because of U shape . other fishes are fine ..

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. I ordered several plants and aquarium substrate for my 50 gallon tank. Got very good support on phone. Definitely recommend the seller. Few suggestions... Most of the plants are out of stock.. pls maintain your stock. Please improve on packing of live plants. Rest is Ok. Thanks
