i ordered 20 fishes in total .. but i am short of one tetra .. my order no was 12521 .. i think there is a mistake in the delivery... everything else was fabulous.. the fishes are active and colorful.. yet few are a little tiny (not really a problem though)...

Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. Will surely come back for more.

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
