Overall i am happy with Bunnycart, I had my 3rd ordered yesterday, I ordered fishes along with plants and this time i was really happy to see bigger plants this time but i was expecting a Pair of fishes but in reality it meant 1 unit as 1 fish, It was my mistake that i didn't see the mention note about it, My suggestion is that you should clearly mention the units and the size of the fishes properly on the same page wile ordering. And one thing to add please add more things on your website, more variety of Fishes, Medications, Tools, etc.

Plants are in good quality and fresh. But the size of the pots are very little. I'm not satisfied with size of that product. Otherwise it's good.

It's a good website I live in Odisha which is very far from Kerala I received my order within 5 days which was good but I well that the plant might suffer or die but surprisingly or the plants where ok and in good conditions it's obvious that they are wear some yellows in the leaves and all but basically they were good I put them immediately in the water after 5 days also humidity was maintained in the pouches and ice packs were also provided and plants were very cheap and quantity only I felt that plants with the pot quantities less but the stems are very good anyways as this is manageable as if you buy this plants online if you have to pay a lot thank you Bunny cart ❤️

I ordered for plants. Wowwwwwww. Amazing Services. The Plants were delivered within 3 days from Kerala to Delhi. Quality of Plants was exceptional, even better than those I purchase from local store. The packing of plants was so well done; each plant in a separate packet and packet labelled with plant name. Prices of the Plants were very very competitive. just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
