They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. All the plants are healthy and packaging was unbelievable . All plants were properly packaged and delivered. This was my first experience buying Aquarium plants online. Usually Aquarium plants bought from local shops can result in excessive Snails in your tank. But the plants delivered by Bunnycart were neat, clean and well treated.
