I ordered a batch of 30 neon tetras from Delhi. To my great pleasure all the fishes, except for two unfortunate ones, were alive and active when they arrived. The neons had no disease, fungus/itch etc. on them which is unlike in many fish store where neons are kept in terrible conditions and are infected (you can see small white or shiny spots on body and fins in such infected cases) and die in short time after bought. Mine from Bunnycart are all alive, no signs of any infection, eating healthily, have increased in size amazingly quickly, displaying bright colours and actively schooling in my heavily planted 60 gallon tank. Keep up the good work; will be ordering some cardinals and mountain minnows soon so hope you get their stock! Also please start a collection on different Rainbow fishes! Highly recommend this site.

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. Bunnycart is doing great in its field.The service given is excellent and the refund policy of Bunnycart is really easy and quick besides there are no questions. Moreover Bunnycart needs to sort out a few things 1)The plants which they send should be same as ordered (I ordered 2 varieties and received both different unlike images) 2)Fishes provided should be mature ones and should be checked before delivery (I received an abnormal female) 3)Moreover fishes are always out of stock which gets a problem while ordering cause you don't get all you want to .Some fishes are out of stock from about 6-7 months (like Blue Moscow guppy) 4)More varieties of fishes with more types must be introduced. Overall the experience although was great with all fishes and the plants although different enhance the look. I would like to shop again at Bunnycart. .
