just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. I ordered cabomba and two other species of aquarium plants from kolkata. Though it takes 4 days but the packing was good along with the plants. i will thanks to bunnycart for making my aquarium green and a playful jungle for my tetras

Except for Rotala Blood Red out of the 9 species of plants I ordered ,reached me in a perfect healthy condition. I would n't Blame Bunnycart for Rotala ,it's just delay in shipping by FedEx. I love the plants,though the quantity seems a lill' less..They have Lush Green foliage and loads of roots. I'm really happy ordering from Bunnycart and YES I ll be coming back for more..A big
