Hi thanks for quick service. Ordered about 52 fishes and most of them seem OK when I received it. But found two of mixed guppies were dead and floating moment I transferred to aquarium. I removed them immediately.

Ordered on Friday, recieved on Tuesday. Plants arrived in near perfect state. Hydrocotyle was a little bit dry but I'm sure it will bounce back. Will definitely buy again. Very high quality

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
