This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. I have ordered aquatic plants twice so far from bunnycart and I am very satisfied with their service. The 1st order had half damaged plants and once I informed bunnycart about it, they refunded the amount. 2nd time i placed the order, all the plants arrived in very good condition. I will certainly order again.

I ordered for different types of shrimps except one black sakura all others are healthy. Altogether i got only 13 shrimps. I ordered 14 shrimps. One brown sakura was missing. But no problem, i am happy. My orange sakura started to breed. Now my tank is full of orange sakuras. I am really satisfied. Will buy more from u.

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
