I don’t see any resamblance in the ordered product and the one I got ,( even though they all arrived safe , endler’s guppy is not that good , but the service seems pretty good.... I hope you guys will improve your product quality too

I've recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, . Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

I recently discovered this website. Initially i was surprised to see such a service in India. I was skeptical to order but gave it a try. But to my surprise this is one of the most genuine website i have ever encountered when it comes to buying pets online. As advertised the fishes are delivered promptly. The best thing is they call you beforehand to inform you that you would be at your residence to receive your little precious pets. I have already ordered 3 times from them because of the quality. Fishes delivered are very healthy and active. When it comes to aquatic plants here you can get value for money. Plants are very cheap and good quality. What more can you ask for when you have Bunnycart :) . Thank you guys for amazing work. Please add more species at more affordable price. Thank you again :)

I ordered for different types of shrimps except one black sakura all others are healthy. Altogether i got only 13 shrimps. I ordered 14 shrimps. One brown sakura was missing. But no problem, i am happy. My orange sakura started to breed. Now my tank is full of orange sakuras. I am really satisfied. Will buy more from u.

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Overall a really good experience. ONLY 1 CAUTION: CHECK WITH YOUR RAILWAY JUNCTION STAFF ABOUT UNLOADING THE PARCEL! Kabir V S kabir_v_s@yahoo.com
