The order took some time to get processed but the plants delivered were very healthy and almost the same as the pictures displayed. Very happy with the plants received.

I have ordered aquatic plants twice so far from bunnycart and I am very satisfied with their service. The 1st order had half damaged plants and once I informed bunnycart about it, they refunded the amount. 2nd time i placed the order, all the plants arrived in very good condition. I will certainly order again.

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

Brilliant! First time buying plants online. The variety offered was refreshing and to top that the prices were better than our local stores. So ordered a few and free delivery is always welcome. Best of all package arrived in 2 days of ordering. Everything packed neat and tidy. Already recommended them to a friend.

I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. Bunnycart is a great website to buy fish as well as plants and offer very reasonable rates. The customer service does give u a call and confirms the shipment a day before. Last but not the least, well packed stuff .. have ordered fish and plants which were in excellent condition when received
