Its my first time buying plants for aquarium that too online & got 10 pots & stems from them which was actually cheap than buying loose but I was worried about the types of plants I will receive and delay receiving of plants and my worst fear came true when due to natural calamity my order got delayed but I liked the variety of plants and the way they were carefully packed but still few plants were in bad condition which is not seller's fault they tried their best in packing them so I raised my concern with the seller and they have issued refund for the damaged plants I'll definitely buy from them again just waiting for this mansoon to end

Fishes which i ordered have been received and the packing was very good ans fishes where aslo healty,

I have ordered many plants from bunnycart for my betta tank. I have received all my plants in good condition despite some hurdles in delivery. Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. I really appreciate the team's hardwork and amazing service. Looking forward to stock more plants in the future

1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem.
