I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. Plants received in 2 days. Was concerned about the quality but all plants were well packed and in good condition. As this was my first time ordering online and not having any knowledge about plant names and their placement in tank, i had to go through my order list and very thanks to all the details of each plants provided on website. My order number 000062101 dated 02.03.2022 and was delivered on 11.03.2022...excellent package. the courier reached my door step. I ordered 11 fishes out of which one died..i can understand its not an issue for me.. ..to my surprise there was 10 guppy fries enroute....thank you Bunnycart. First i ordered plants from other site i got ripped off, not that they didn't sent me the order, they sent it via surface currior and it took 15 days to reach me in surat from Chennai. But then i found out about bunnycart from reddit reviews, and i am very happy that i choose to order, my order value was, 1500, but they gave free shipping via air, i got the order next day they shipped from cochin hub. I will use them again n again. Very happy with the service

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
