Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.

I had ordered the Java moss coconut cave and trust me I'm in love with it ...it is really really good i can bet on my life i'm literally gonna buy 10 more pieces as when I get new fishes and tanks ...thank you so much your genuine product and excellent service...the delivery was on time and very professional...the product packaging was really good and quality is super fresh ....really really impressed..once again thank you for making my day and one more plus point is your product prices are very convenient and affordable and worth every penny.

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up .
