They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. However, I would advise against ordering soft plants like grass, as they seemed more delicate and less likely to thrive during transit. I m a beginner to this aquarium hobby. So i purchased only few plants from bunny cart. But i got surprised when the product got delivered. It was very fast delivery and all the plants were well packet and it was all fresh when i received. And i liked all the plants what i got, within 2 days it started shooting new leaves. I m very happy and recommend the site for aquarium plants. Yet didn't place any order for fishes so don't know about that. Thanks
