Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.

Its my first time buying plants for aquarium that too online & got 10 pots & stems from them which was actually cheap than buying loose but I was worried about the types of plants I will receive and delay receiving of plants and my worst fear came true when due to natural calamity my order got delayed but I liked the variety of plants and the way they were carefully packed but still few plants were in bad condition which is not seller's fault they tried their best in packing them so I raised my concern with the seller and they have issued refund for the damaged plants I'll definitely buy from them again just waiting for this mansoon to end

I had ordered pistia plants . They were so tiny they didn't survive. The other plants are good. Can I get another set.

I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets. Overall i am happy with Bunnycart, I had my 3rd ordered yesterday, I ordered fishes along with plants and this time i was really happy to see bigger plants this time but i was expecting a Pair of fishes but in reality it meant 1 unit as 1 fish, It was my mistake that i didn't see the mention note about it, My suggestion is that you should clearly mention the units and the size of the fishes properly on the same page wile ordering. And one thing to add please add more things on your website, more variety of Fishes, Medications, Tools, etc.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
