I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

I was initially skeptical about how this will be delivered. The packaging was great and good instructions. Very happy and planning to buy more stuff. Keep it up guys, i am sure you can capture the bangalore market!!. Excellent from a cost and service point of view.
