It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. i don't know whether yu bunnycart guys know tripura,but this state is a big market for aquarium fish and plants ,god knows why you haven't put up a transportation location for it. There are not many shops in here but the one who owns them are really making a lot of money . people in here are mad about aquariums.

First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future. Bunnycart please keep more varieties of fisheries and their accessories
