just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . I'v e recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, only thing that bothered me was the size of 2-3 plants. Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!

Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
