Its my first time buying plants for aquarium that too online & got 10 pots & stems from them which was actually cheap than buying loose but I was worried about the types of plants I will receive and delay receiving of plants and my worst fear came true when due to natural calamity my order got delayed but I liked the variety of plants and the way they were carefully packed but still few plants were in bad condition which is not seller's fault they tried their best in packing them so I raised my concern with the seller and they have issued refund for the damaged plants I'll definitely buy from them again just waiting for this mansoon to end

My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Its my 4th time tht im buying live plants from bunnycart n 2 times it was perfect service by bunnycart ltr 3rd time bcoz of courier pplz my order got missing n when i raise my issue to bunnycart they refund all my money immediately n 4th time again it was issue created by courier pplz as they misplaced my order n again bunnycart help me out with it n i received my live plants so its been satisfying purchase from bunnycart they r best in thr service for fulfilling aquarium needs i give 5 star to bunnycart..
