They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. Ordered 7 plants All plants are received in good condition Delivery is quick and fast 1. Anubius in coconut cell is too small plant 2. Hygrophila corimbosa is too large for 1 feet tank 3. Water trumpet and Sagittaria subulatas few leaves getting dull and yellow and 2 days after receiving Dont know it will be waste or regrow Giving 4 star but overall is very good site to order

Why all the plants listed are not available at a time. Its very difficult for us to place order and that's why we contact local aquariums. please make sure the availability of all the plants and add more plants to the catalogue. thanks and regards gopakumar
